研究领域

丘陵副教授致力于石墨烯、氮化硼、二硫化钼、MXene等二维材料组装体的设计、制备与应用探索。在石墨烯研究方面,率先制备出具有重要价值的超轻石墨烯高弹体,系统探索了此类材料在柔性电子、储能等领域的应用,促进了该领域的发展。在氮化硼方面,申请人发展了高导热二维氮化硼散热膜规模制备技术,成立新材料企业实现了散热膜量产,并成功应用于多家通讯设备头部企业
