教育背景 1955-1961在清华大学工程物理系学习(六年制) 工作履历 1961年毕业后留校工作至今 1981-1982 由教委派遣去美国加州理工学院访问研究 1985.11. 晋级为副教授 1987.7. 晋级为教授 1990年任博士生导师 1998年当选为美国物理学会理事 2001年当选为中国科学院院士 曾以第一获奖人获得 1993年度国家自然科学二等奖 1999年度国家自然科学三等奖 1987年度国家教委科技进步一等奖 1990年度国家教委科技进步一等奖 1993年度中国物理学会叶企孙(凝聚态)物理奖 1997年度北京市科技进步(自然科学类)一等奖
