个人简介

2010年毕业于贵州大学生物工程专业,工学学士;2013毕业于厦门大学微生物学专业,理学硕士。2017年毕业于德国马普研究学会陆地微生物研究所,哲学博士。2017-2018年,德国马普研究学会陆地微生物研究所博士后研究。

研究领域

研究领域主要集中在能源微生物代谢途径和功能蛋白的生物化学研究。能源微生物在不同生存环境下响应不同的代谢途径和能量流向,我们致力于解析微生物不同时空条件下的代谢模型、关键酶蛋白、能量通路,为构建无细胞系体外人工合成模型奠定理论基础和技术。此外,研究更为广泛的微生物代谢通路,拓展微生物细胞的底物利用范围,为工业应用提供低操作难度的微生物菌株。
