王娟，女，1987年9月生，汉族，四川省南充市人，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。现就职于土木工程学院市政系土木工程学科。

2006—2018年就读于北京科技大学环境工程系环境科学与工程专业，获工学学士、工学硕士、工学博士学位。
