刘铁军
男，1978年10月生，汉族，内蒙古乌海市人，博士，教授，博士生导师。现就职于理学院工程力学系力学学科，已指导毕业硕士生5人，现在读博士生0人,硕士生2人。
2015-2016年德国锡根大学土木工程系，访问学者；2004-2008年就读于北京交通大学土木工程学院工程力学专业，获得工学博士学位；2001-2004年于就读于内蒙古工业大学基础部固体力学专业，获得工学硕士学位；1997-2001年就读于内蒙古工业大学建筑工程系给排水专业，获工学学士学位。
