刘艳，女。2021年7月毕业于东北大学控制理论与控制工程专业，师从杨光红教授，已在国际控制领域权威期刊发表论文10余篇。2021年8月入职南京信息工程大学自动化学院。担任 IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、 IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on System, Man, and Cybernetics等期刊审稿人。
