刘利平，2003年毕业于吉首大学数学与计算机系并获学士学位，2006年获得电子科技大学运筹学与控制论专业硕士学位，2011年获得南京理工大学系统工程专业博士学位。2011年9月至2012年9月在加拿大University of Calgary作访问学者，2013年南京理工大学管理科学与工程博士后流动站出站。2013年6月至今任教于南京师范大学商学院，2015年9月至2015年11月赴加拿大University of Calgary进修高等教育教学法。 刘利平一直致力于质量管理领域的研究，在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Journal of the Operational Research Society》、《International Journal of Production Research》、 《系统工程理论与实践》、《系统工程学报》、《系统管理学报》、《系统科学与数学》等国内外重要期刊上发表20余篇论文。 主持课题和获奖 1. 江苏省软科学重点项目（BR2018050）“江苏省技术交易数据分析评价及其配套政策研究” ； 2. 国家自然科学基金项目（71402072）“整合维修策略的多阶段制造过程质量监控优化设计” ； 3. 江苏省软科学重点项目（BR2017047）“江苏建立技术产权交易市场的体制机制研究” ； 4. 中国博士后科学基金（2011M500928）“统计过程调整技术中的多变量设置调整研究”； 5. 江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目（14KJB410002）“两阶段可修制造过程的质量监控优化模型研究”。 教授课程 1. 运作管理（本科生） 2. 项目管理（本科生） 3. 质量管理（本科生） 4. 高级运筹学（研究生） 5. 管理经济学（研究生）
