侯奋飞，2002年于东南大学无线电系通信与信息系统专业获得工学硕士学位；2002年8月调入南京师范大学从事通信方面教学与科研工作；2005年入东南大学电子工程系在职博士学位，发表论文40多篇，其中SCI收录论文20篇，EI收录10多篇
