个人简介

杨光,博士,北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院副教授。 2011年毕业于北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院,获材料物理专业学士学位,后于本校硕博连读从事自旋电子材料与器件相关研究工作。博士期间在中国科学院物理研究所磁学国家重点实验室进行联合培养,2017年获博士学位(导师于广华教授、王守国教授)。2017年10月至2018年10月在新加坡国立大学电子工程系自旋与能源实验室从事博士后研究(合作导师Hyunsoo YANG教授),与格罗方德公司磁性随机存储器研究部门合作测试开发用于替代传统静态随机存储器的新型超快非易失存储器。2018年11月至2021年10月在英国剑桥大学材料科学系量子材料器件组从事博士后研究(合作导师Jason Robinson教授),研究课题为超导自旋电子学。2021年11月回国入职北京航空航天大学。 长期从事磁性、超导薄膜材料,自旋电子学,磁性存储器等方面的实验研究工作,具有产业合作研发经验。发表40余篇SCI论文,在研科技部重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金,曾作为核心骨干参与英国工程和物理科学研究委员会( EPSRC)重大项目、新加坡国立大学-格罗方德联合开发项目等。 教育经历 2013.3 -- 2017.6 中国科学院物理研究所磁学国家重点实验室 物理学 博士研究生毕业 联合培养 2011.9 -- 2017.6 北京科技大学 材料科学与工程 博士研究生毕业 工学博士学位 硕博连读 2007.9 -- 2011.6 北京科技大学 材料科学与工程 大学本科毕业 工学学士学位 工作经历 2021.11 -- 至今 北京航空航天大学 集成电路科学与工程学院 副教授 2018.11 -- 2021.10 英国剑桥大学 材料科学系器件材料研究组 高级博士后 2017.10 -- 2018.10 新加坡国立大学 电子工程系自旋与能源实验室 博士后
