2011-2012年于英国圣安德鲁斯大学从事博士后研究工作。 2013-2014年任南京大学国家863计划新材料MO源中心副研究员。 2014-2019年任化学化工学院副教授,博士生导师。 2020年至今任化学化工学院教授
研究领域
主要针对氟化工大量惰性副产物难以活化利用的挑战,采用弱键牵引的策略,开展惰性氟源的改造通过特殊设计制备的肟氯酯、磺酰咪唑盐、羟胺甲酸乙酯、肼基甲酸酯等活化基团,将含氟工业品用于新型试剂和功能砌块的转化利用中,在减少氯氟烃等有害物质排放的同时,获得了成本低廉的高附加值氟化工产品
