1972年出生，辽宁人，南京大学理论经济学博士，荷兰马斯特里赫特管理学院工商管理博士（DBA）。美国康奈尔大学访问学者。 1998年入南京大学商学院经济系至今任教，长期从事产业经济理论与政策研究，在《经济学动态》、《经济问题》、《外国经济与管理》、《Chinese Business Review》以及《Journal of Transnational Management Development》等期刊上发表论文多篇，出版教材与研究著作4部，主持并参与多项课题研究以及政府及企业咨询项目。
