研究领域
免疫记忆的产生是判断疫苗接种是否成功和有效的关键。具有产生高亲和力抗体能力的记忆B细胞来自于生发中心,在这里,被抗原活化后的B细胞经过细胞分裂、抗体类别转换、体细胞高频突变以及抗体亲和力成熟等过程,最终分化发育成浆细胞和记忆B细胞,这些细胞对于体内病原体的清除至关重要。 本课题组的研究兴趣在于: (1)浆细胞和记忆B细胞产生和维持的分子机制; (2)B细胞相关自身免疫疾病以及肿瘤发生的分子机理
