个人简介

黄志兵,博士,教授,博士生导师,食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定研究人员,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人,江西省青年科学家培养对象,江西省食品科学技术学会理事。讲授课程 讲授了《生物检验技术》、《食品安全与检测》和《环境生物工程》等本科生课程。

学术成就 主持国家自然科学基金项目3项及省级各类项目8项,作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金3项;发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇;获得江西省自然科学二等奖和江西省科技进步三等奖各1项;获得授权发明专利10余项。
