杨秀丽,副教授,硕士生导师,浙江大学化学系硕博连读,师从吴传德教授,现任盐城工学院-建材研究院副院长,江苏省新型环保重点实验室副主任(主持工作),江苏省第五期“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年学术带头人,江苏省第十六批“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象,江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程培养对象,江苏省高层次创新创业人才引进计划科技副总,首届江苏建材行业青年技术能手,“2311”高层次人才-黄海学者。
