杨光华博士于南开大学取得电子科学学士学位与电子工程硕士学位；于香港大学电机与电子工程学系获得博士学位。2004年至2005年间，作为访问学者于微软亚洲研究院从事“感知无线电”相关研究。2006年至2012年于香港大学电机与电子工程学系从事博士后研究，并担任多媒体网络实验室高级项目经理和副研究员。2013年初，创立安徽锐通信息技术有限公司，并担任总经理。2016年初，获中科院深圳先进技术研究院聘为客座研究员。2017年4月加入暨南大学，担任物联网与物流工程研究院副院长。 教育背景
