吕文平,山西人,2004年获浙江大学动物营养与饲料科学专业博士学位,美国弗吉尼亚理工大学访问学者,江南大学食品学院副教授、硕士生导师,九三学社社员。主讲生物化学,生物化学实验,分子生物学,基因工程等课程

研究领域

主要从事功能因子的筛选及构效关系的研究,应用酶催化合成功能因子,功能性饮料配方的研制及其工艺研究
