马艳，副教授，1988年入读吉林大学电子科学系，1996年留校任教，一直从事半导体薄膜材料生长及器件的研制工作，2004年获吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。2006-2008年在大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院三束材料改性国家重点实验室做博士后研究工作。

当前研究方向为宽带隙半导体材料及其器件研制。
