个人简介
现任超硬材料国家重点实验室教授。于吉林大学电子科学系获学士(1992)和硕士(1995)学位、中科院长春物理研究所获博士学位(1998)。曾任日本神奈川科学技术研究院(KAST)JSPS研究员、日本电信基础物性研究所(NTT-BRL)JST研究员及客座教授、JST-ERATO子课题负责人和日本东北大学物理系副教授。在硅基量子点量子比特构建、电阻式核磁共振测量、锑化铟量子阱栅控制备、量子态手性和拓扑性研究以及分子磁性材料光磁转换等领域取得了若干标志性的研究成果,在 Nat.Commun.、Phys.Rev.Lett.、Phys.Rev.B (RC) 和 Appl.Phys.Lett.等SCI刊物发表论文50余篇,论文被他人引用1300余次。获国家发明专利授权4项,日本和美国发明专利授权各1项。
