李月明,博士,二级教授,博士生、硕士生导师,江西省政府特殊津贴专家,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人,江西省“赣鄱英才555工程”领军人才,江西省高校中青年学科带头人,江西省新世纪百千万人才,江西省教学名师,景德镇市学科带头人,景德镇市专业技术拔尖人才。现任景德镇陶瓷大学材料科学与工程学院院长,陶瓷材料工程国家级实验教学示范中心主任,中国轻工业功能陶瓷材料重点实验室主任,江西省能量转换与储存陶瓷材料工程实验室主任,景德镇市功能陶瓷材料与器件优势科技创新团队领军人才,兼任中国硅酸盐学会陶瓷分会常务理事兼日用陶瓷专业委员会副主任,中国硅酸盐学会特陶分会理事,中国仪器仪表学会仪表功能材料分会理事,全国工业陶瓷标准化技术委员会委员,全国材料学实验教学研究会理事,江西省光伏专业负责人协作会副理事长,《材料大词典》(第二版)无机非金属材料分支编委,《中国大百科全书(第三版))》无机非金属材料学科编委,《电子元件与材料》、《陶瓷学报》期刊编委。
