个人简介

1991.7-1994.8,在武汉市食品工业公司科研所任职,从事新产品开发与研究。1997.7-至今,在华中农业大学食品科技学院从事食品微生物、食品安全和生物技术方向的教学和科研工作。2010.10-2011.10,美国加州大学戴维斯分校,国家留学基委公派,访问学者。
