研究领域

社会化商务、开放式创新、知识管理

研究兴趣集中在IT支持的交互平台或商业模式中,如何促进多方的交互、信息分享与合作创新。主要包括(1)传统在线社区中的知识管理问题,(2)基于移动平台的社交电商相关话题(3)基于开源软件平台的开放式创新问题等。研究方法采用多方法结合的方式,包括:数据分析、实地实验、问卷调研、机器学习。
