周会成（Zhou Huicheng，Researcher），陕西岚皋人。现为华中科技大学研究员，在国家数控系统工程技术研究中心工作。主要研究方向为数控系统体系架构和软件平台。包括：高速、高精运动控制关键算法和高档数控系统功能开发、小线段实时样条拟合算法、基于动力学的插补及速度规划算法、大数据数控系统与智慧机床、嵌入式实时操作系统。
