个人简介

王海江,硕士毕业于北京大学心理与认知科学学院,博士毕业于荷兰埃因霍温理工大学,研究发表在Journal of Applied Psychology、 Journal of Management、 Human Relations、《心理学报》、《管理学报》、《管理学季刊》等国内外权威期刊上。王海江博士先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目等科研项目,并担任两项国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题负责人。研究成果获得的论文奖项包括:美国管理学会最佳会议论文进展、美国工业与组织心理学会最佳会议张贴论文奖、荷兰工业与组织心理学会最佳年会论文奖、企业社会责任(CSR)国际学术研讨会优秀论文奖、《中国人力资源开发》年会优秀论文奖、湖北省人力资源学会会议特等奖论文奖等。王海江博士获得华中科技大学“学术新人奖”、澳大利亚科廷大学早期职业访问奖励、意大利维罗纳大学国际学者访问奖励等研究奖项。申请人目前担任《Management and Organization Review》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》、《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》和《中国人力资源开发》期刊编委,并是多家国内外期刊的匿名审稿人。 工作经历 2011.10-2013.08 岭南大学应用心理学系(香港),教学科研助理、统计顾问
