个人简介

唐祖平,博士,华中科技大学电子信息与通信学院副教授。主要研究方向为导航/通信信号设计、信号处理。他是北斗全球系统信号设计团队的核心成员之一,主要从事信号调制、复用及扩频码设计与优化工作;是中欧、中美、中俄卫星导航系统双边协调技术工作组成员,为北斗与Galileo、GPS、Glonass系统的兼容与互操作做出了重要贡献。主持和参与自然科学基金、重大专项、重点研发计划等项目10余项,在国内外期刊和会议发表论文40余篇,获得美国、欧洲、日本、中国等专利授权10余项,获教育部科技进步二等奖1项、军队科技进步二等奖1项。
