光镊是一种在液态环境中对微纳粒子进行操控的技术,因其在操控中无接触与低伤害的特点,被广泛应用于单分子生物学等科研领域中。光镊技术于2018年获得诺贝尔物理学奖,而1997年获得诺贝尔物理学奖的“冷原子技术”也以光镊为基础。本课题组具体研究方向包括: 1.提高操控效率,降低操控极限; 2.操控原位多参数光电传感表征; 3.光镊在生物医学中的应用; 4.光镊在先进制造中的应用。
