2001年9月至2005年6月，于河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院攻读学士学位。

2005年9月至2008年6月，于河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院攻读硕士学位。

2007年12月至2009年8月，于香港中文大学化学系任研究助理。

2009年9月至2012年11月，于香港浸会大学生物系攻读博士学位。

2012年11至今，于河南工业大学粮油食品学院脂质化学与品质团队从事教学科研工作
