研究领域
游动纳米机器人由于其亚微米尺寸、自主运动和自主导航能力,有望在人体血液中自由穿行而实现真正意义上的主动靶向运输,为精准医学带来革命性的解决方案。 1. 胶体马达 / Colloidal Motor 胶体马达的运动依赖于局域梯度场的设计与构建。我们主要研究胶体马达的新型驱动方式、驱动机理以及运动控制方法,旨在认识胶体马达的驱动规律和发展适用于生物医学应用的高效胶体马达。 2. 超分子胶体马达 / Supramolecular Colloidal Motor 从基本构筑单元出发,运用分子组装等方法并依靠非共价相互作用是可控构筑胶体马达的重要策略之一。我们的研究主要集中于构筑多功能集成的、具有智能响应性的超分子胶体马达。 3. 复杂系统与集群智能 / Complex Systems and Collective Intelligence 胶体马达为模拟集群行为和认识复杂系统提供了理想的模型体系。我们的研究主要集中在胶体马达集群的构建及控制上,旨在认识集群行为一般规律和内在机理,发展人工集群智能。 4. 药物主动靶向递送治疗脑疾病 / Active Targeted Drug Delivery for Brain Diseases 游动细胞机器人以活细胞为载体,具有药物负载及可自主运动的能力,可以在预期位置释放药物,用于特定的医疗或治疗目的。我们的研究主要集中于游动细胞机器人的构建及运动控制,并应用于胶质瘤、阿尔茨海默症等脑部疾病的治疗。 5. 主动靶向能量代谢调控治疗 / Active Targeted Energy Metabolism Regulation Therapy 以自然界最小的分子马达——旋转生物分子马达FoF1-ATP合酶为动力单元,通过可控的化学分子组装,构建一系列能量代谢调控型超分子胶体马达。利用FoF1-ATP合酶的光合磷酸化反应,超分子胶体马达可以在光照下被数百个旋转生物分子马达FoF1-ATP合酶协同驱动并进行ATP的合成或消耗,将为癌症、心肌损伤等重大疾病的能量代谢调控治疗提供新途径。
