谭琨,湖南衡阳人,教授、博士生导师,2021年入选国家高层次青年人才计划。自然资源部超大城市自然资源时空大数据应用重点实验室副主任,IEEE Senior Member,遥感顶级期刊International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation副主编(2023-)、ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing编委(2017-),入选美国斯坦福大学与爱思唯尔“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”,国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会成像光谱对地观测专业委员会副主任委员、中国测绘学会摄影测量与遥感委员会委员,中国地理信息产业协会理论与方法委员会委员、中国地质学会遥感地质委员会委员,中国遥感协会高光谱遥感委员会、定量遥感委员会委员。2010年6月获中国矿业大学“摄影测量与遥感”学科博士学位,2008年到2009年美国哥伦比亚大学联合培养博士,2014年-2015年西班牙埃斯特雷马杜拉大学访问学者。 过去十几年来,围绕高光谱遥感智能处理和城市环境遥感问题开展了深入的研究。在遥感辐射校正、遥感智能分类和变化检测、高光谱遥感定量反演等方面取得了一系列成果,在遥感数据预处理方面,围绕国内高光谱遥感卫星高分五号和资源一号2D建立了结合敦煌试验场的辐射校正体系和大气校正模型,提出了基于BRDF模型高光谱遥感数据的质量提升算法;在遥感影像智能解译方面,围绕小样本学习、半监督深度学习,提出了系列基于生成对抗、胶囊网络、全卷积结构、Transformer结构的地物分类、变化检测、异常探测模型;在定量遥感方面,提出了辐射传输机理建模与数据驱动协同反演机制,构建了土壤、水体的环境质量高光谱遥感反演模型。取得的创新性成果已应用于遥感信息处理领域,以及在长三角地区、东北黑土地区和超大城市环境监测和分析中得到较广泛应用。 发表论文100余篇,其中SCI检索73篇(第一作者/通讯作者60篇),EI检索50余篇,出版专著5部(第一作者2部,第二作者2部)。获得软件著作权20余项,主持科研项目20余项,包括国家人才项目1项,国家自然科学基金4项、上海市重点项目2项,其他省部级项目10余项。获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖、中国地理信息协会地理信息科技进步一等奖、中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文F5000论文奖三项、中国高校GIS创新人物等奖励,荣获江苏省优秀博士论文。培养的学生荣获江苏省优秀硕士论文两项、江苏省高校测绘类优秀硕士学位一等奖三项、华东师范大学专业学位硕士优秀学位论文一项。 教育经历 2005-2010 中国矿业大学 摄影测量与遥感 硕博连读 2008-2009 美国哥伦比亚大学 摄影测量与遥感 联合培养博士 工作经历 2018-至今 华东师范大学地理科学学院
