低维量子体系拓扑态设计研究：包括量子霍尔效应，量子反常霍尔效应，拓扑绝缘体，拓扑超导体，拓扑半金属等拓扑态的物理实现与相关物理性质的研究
(2)
低维体系中的量子输运现象研究：包括无序和退相干等效应对低维体系（例如：石墨烯，硅烯，过渡金属硫化合物等）热电输运性质的影响，并以此为基础设计原理性功能电子器件。
