主要研究成果包括斯特林制冷技术在食品加工中的应用研究;拐枣果汁加工关键技术研究;柿子汁对面粉及面制品品质的影响研究;鸭梨红酒加工关键技术研究;贝类高值化利用技术;扇贝对虾加工关键技术与设备研发。
